Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Mrs. B, head of the Gems Project. I’m pleased that you are interested to learn more about my talented group of young women. I started the Gems project back when I was based in England a few years ago. The original group was composed of three teenage girls. Each young woman came from a different culture and had different sets of skills. Together, they formed a team that could be sent to any part of the world to gather intellegence from places where adults raise too much suspicion. Currently, there are now four members of the Gems.

However, I’m getting ahead of myself.

The Gems first mission was an interesting affair. I sent them to Avondale, a prestigious New Zealand girls boarding school to search for clues in the disappearance of a world-famous scientist. But what the Gems found was a trail of lies, a den of vipers, and a threat to the entire world. I did not anticipate their first mission to be that dangerous, but I’m thankful that the Gems rose to the occasion like the fine young women they are.
